After working for several years in one of the largest letting agencies in North West London, we decided to take the plunge on our own and in March 2001 we started Daniel Rose Residential Ltd. Initially we worked from Rose’s home in Finchley and slowly we began to build our own client base which led us towards Islington and Highbury, rather than our more familiar areas of Hampstead, St John’s Wood and Belsize Park. By 2004 we had accumulated enough clients to make Angel and the surrounding areas our core business. We were prepared to wait until we found the perfect location and in 2007 we found offices in Colebrooke Row, which have remained our home ever since. We know very well that some people are impressed by the allure of fancy high street offices, flashy marketing and the whole glossy image, but that is no longer necessary in the digital age.
