Students only One semester students. Really great student flat for 4 tenants on St Mungo Avenue literally 2 minutes walk to Strathclyde University and 9 minutes to Glasgow Caledonian university. The current tenants wish to share with like minded sociable young students aged 20-24 who like a few beers occasionally, play sports and enjoy cooking dinner a night or two each week together and just being kind, fun and friendly.
The flat has 4 double bedrooms , 2 of which are now available for new students.
There is a new bathroom with bath and shower and a utility cupboard with washing machine and separate condenser tumble dryer too.
On top of the rent is 50pm for weekly cleaning (except when they occasionally take a week off) by a professional cleaning company of the communal lounge, kitchen and bathrooms and halls. They will also happily clean your bedrooms on request occasionally.
In addition to the rent is also £10pm for Business Virgin fibre optic broadband 400 zoom so its super fast and super reliable.
The only other additional cost is the electric which is on a top up meter and this year has cost not even £10 a week in total between all 4 tenants so literally a few pounds each a week. The lead tenant in the flat will just ask you for a small payment every now and again when it's needed, he has been there for 3 years and is a super lovely guy and there is a one other tenant also a guy and who is also really great.
This property is ideal for quiet students who want a lovely super clean and warm flat. The neighbours are wonderful and it's very friendly building with a perfect mix of students and couples/ families but some of them are elderly and they have loved the previous tenants so they do not want to be disturbed late at night by noisy students having loud parties etc. They are totally ok with the occasional respectful gathering as long as they know:)
There is free parking all around although it can be busy.
