There is also a community-run café alongside a children’s playground, sports pitches and an orchard.

Bounds Green Underground station (Piccadilly) is a 20-minute walk away, with services to King’s Cross St Pancras in 18 minutes and Heathrow Airport in 73 minutes. Palmers Green railway station is a 15-minute walk from the house and provides a direct connection to Morgate, with links to central London and the City. Wood Green is also a 25-minute walk away.
