This means that the landlord and the tenant have a designated member of staff whom they can contact with any queries. Our property portfolios are capped at 100 maximum to ensure that adequate care can be given to every one. Property Managers are supported by a strong administration team to ensure that maintenance, accounts and marketing are all looked after expertly.
