We are a small but dynamic team fronted by over 15 years experience in private client practice, backed and mentored by over 25 years and onward of property lettings & management experience and expertise. This coupled with common sense, creates an interesting and diverse team capable of dealing with any scenario. Originally specialising in Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax for individual Private Clients, Trusts and Estates within Cambridge law firm, over the past 15 years a vast knowledge of the City and the surrounding towns and villages has been developed, noticing a trend as both individuals and Trustees increasingly opt to invest in properties as a more secure alternative to the stock market. Having been both Landlord and Tenant and experiencing letting agents in Cambridge, we believed there was a gap in the Cambridge letting market for a new approach and letting agent so decided to launch Embassy. The knowledge and experience in this team is one of 25 years in a family run letting agency, dealing with over 700 properties, ARLA member and in the forefront of pioneering the modern day letting agency.
