The flat also has it's own private entrance from a secure, gated balcony. The building is purpose-built as flats and therefore it's a well built, well insulated, and warm place to live. There is also a large communal garden for all the residents to enjoy.

The most recent tenants left shortly before Christmas. They were a group of four women who lived there happily for four happy years. Since their departure the flat has been re-painted, re-furnished, professionally cleaned, one mattress replaced entirely and all mattresses given new mattress covers and new mattress protectors (all still in their packaging).
