Application Process

A Guarantor and previous landlord references will be required, along with a security deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent.

We ask that rent of £140 is paid weekly by standing order each Friday (not monthly) and that you provide a Guarantor. Ideally the Guarantor should be a homeowner but if they are working full time with a good credit history we can accept this. We cannot accept and tenants or Guarantors that have any adverse credit or previous rent arrears / evictions.
