The kitchen is new and well equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, one full hieght fridge and one fridge freezer.

There are two bathrooms which have a shower, sink and lavatory.

The landord will assist with the maintenance of the garden and will supply a television, hoover, kettle, toaster, cuttlery, crockery and saucepans.

The house is tastefully decorated with wooden floors in five out of six bedrooms and painted shades of light grey.
