With over 15 years of experience in the property business, 30 years in business and sales, she could see a niche, without the high costs of the larger agencies and the drive to make the business a success in the current market, she saw an opportunity to build a business ready for the economic cycle to turn again towards growth. Most agencies now offer Sales and Lettings and property management as standard, but in these times where people are feeling the pinch Kerry saw another option, Lodging. People have a mortgage, a reduced income and a spare room, they can turn this into cash! More and more people find themselves looking for cheaper accommodation, whether this is because of a relationship ending or the search for a job in another location. Block and Estate management has increased in recent years, as developers have built large numbers of apartments, this has led to a growing displeasure of residents in the services they receive for the annual charge they have to pay. Kerry believes these are opportunities she can use to increase her business and to provide a service that customers find more than satisfactory to their needs.
