Each resident has their own privately leasehold owned or rented furnished apartment, with a small kitchenette and an en-suite shower room, which they furnish and look after. The House Manager/house keeper serves a mid-day and evening meal in the dining room and is mindful of the general well being of the residents. Residents are supplied with food for breakfast of their choice, which they prepare and eat in their own rooms. There is also a guest room with en-suite shower room where residents may have friends and family to stay.
