Individual Applications under Assured Tenancies

Tenant applications - No fee

Guarantor charge (if applicable) - No fee

Home Office Visa Check (if applicable) - No fee

Holding Deposit (to reserve the Tenancy subject to referencing) - 1 week's rent

Tenancy Deposit - up to 5 weeks rent

Payments in the event of default:

Lost keys and/or security devices - Tenant will be liable to cover the cost of replacement of these items

Late payment of rent - Tenant will be liable to pay interest on outstanding rent (at a rate of 3% above Bank of England base rate)

Other Fees:

Variation of Contract - £50

Assignment of Contract (change of Tenant) - £50 or reasonable costs if higher (this will be determined case by case)

Surrender of Tenancy - A Tenant will be required to make a payment for an early termination (surrender) of the Tenancy Agreement at the Tenant's request. The payment cannot exceed the loss suffered by the Landlord or reasonable costs incurred by us as the Letting Agent
