Location
A spacious 2 bed flat with an ensuite, in a quiet leafy residential development in Zone 2, next to Thames. The place is newly decorated, furnished & fitted with a new kitchen and has well-connected transport links from East India DLR station (3mins walk away) to O2 (2 train stops away), ExCeL (3 train stops away), Canary Wharf (10mins walk or 3 train stops away) & Westfield Stratford (15mins train ride). The space
The flat has been tastefully decorated and furnished as well as refitted with a new kitchen, new washer/dryer (June 24) and new dishwasher (May 25). Recently (May 25). It has a wooden floor throughout with tiles in kitchen and both refurbished bathrooms. It has an ensuite room with king size bed, a twin room, a family bathroom with shower and a spacious living room with a sofa. The flat is airy and well-lit with a Juliet balcony and a large window in each of the bedrooms.

1) Ensuite Bedroom
This room has a king sized bed, two bedside tables, a spacious wardrobe (three doors), and more space to spare :) The ensuite is a walk-in shower with a toilet and basin.

2) Second bedroom
There is currently two single beds in the bedroom. We are happy to remove one of the single bed to provide more space in the room if required. The room also has a double-door wardrobe.

3) Living / Dining area
The layout is rectangular in shape.

Tuck on one end of the spacious open plan area is a three-seater sofa-bed next to the double-panelled Juliette balcony overlooking the outside compound, and a mounted telly on the tv shelf just opposite the sofa-bed.

On the other end of the open plan area is a squarish wooden dining table that is expandable to accommodate 6 people.

4) Kitchen
Relatively new and has a modern feel to it.

Induction hob sitting neatly on the wooden kitchen worktop. Fridge freezer, and oven are both Bosch branded. There is a dishwasher and washer-dryer, both of which are relatively new bought in 2025 and 2024 respectively. There is ample storage cabinets and shelves, both wall mounted and below the worktop.

Microwave and toaster are included.

5) Other info
This flat is on the fourth floor with both a lift as well as stairs. The intercom at the door dials in directly to your mobile phone. Letter boxes are on the ground floor just outside the lift. There is a 24-hour concierge.

Car parking space is provided too.

Neighbourhood
The flat is located in Virginia Quay development which is a leafy residential place just next to the Thames and an area reserves as a bird sanctuary. It has a 24 hour concierge service on-site, a children's playground and a small football / basketball court. There's also a local grocery shop (Morrisons Daily) that is opened 7 days a week! The closest station is the East India DLR station which is just 3 minutes walk away. It has both lifts and escalators. It connects conveniently to the O2 (2 stops on the DLR) and ExCeL centre (1 stop on DLR and 1 stop on Jubilee line).
