The kitchen comes equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, and dryer. Do be aware that a kettle and a toaster are not included. In the kitchen you will also find some storage space under the stairs, great for spare suitcases, the provided vacuum cleaner, or boxes.

There is a small back yard at the rear of the property for you to enjoy when the weather is nice, or you can find Platt Fields Park just at your doorstep.

The traditional deposit is five weeks' rent.
