Beautiful terraced house with ample parking space, in a fabulous part of Bath. It's perfect for a couple, young family, or 2x young professionals. It is mostly unfurnished, but white goods are included - including large dishwasher.

I have a spacious open plan living and dining room. The large modern kitchen with white goods looks out on to the beautiful garden. My elderly neighbours are a true pleasure to chat with. There is private parking to the rear.

There are 3 bedrooms. The master has brand new, built-in cupboards, that span the entire ceiling and wall. They are incredibly deep allowing a vast amount of storage - ideal for a couple (but ultra luxurious for one person). The rooms at the back of the house are big enough for double beds with enough space for cupboards and bedside tables. I used one of the bedrooms as a study, but there is also space in a nook downstairs for a large desk.

There is a large bathroom (pretty much a wet room) with a fantastic modern shower and bath. There's a tiny toilet upstairs for night-time convenience!

The location is extraordinary. Up my private driveway you can reach Brickfields Park in a few minutes. Down the hill there's the large Lidl and M&S (where you can get the number 5 bus into to town). A stone's throw away are Chelsea and Moorland Road.

I am seeking a couple, young family, or 2x (very) mature/civilised students to move in for 12 months. While I have a young baby, I am only in Bristol in case there are any emergencies.

PLEASE NOTE: I have put the max number of tenants as 2 as I do not have an HMO license. However, if a family is renting, the number of tenants can be higher.
