We’d been working in the industry for a long time and were frustrated that most agencies were just so ordinary. Like their houses, these places were in need of a new lick of paint. Bit of rising damp in the basement too. So we decided to build our own home. This new home wasn’t made of sticks or straw. It was founded on a deep-rooted, decade-long knowledge of Manchester, from the very bricks and mortar of the city centre to its outer reaches. By a team of savvy individuals who loved the city and loved helping people invest, move and live in it. A team of quick thinkers and good listeners who did that rare thing: treat customers like people instead of transactions. Because they knew great service wasn’t just about experience and expertise.
