Henry’s also prides itself on its vision and principles.  Our vision is to create a simple, hassle free service from appraisal to Let Agreed.  Our principles will be demonstrated through honesty, simplicity and efficiency.  The Director has come from a background of estate agency in Coventry.  He also possesses a wealth of experience in buying and selling as well as letting out properties to students and to the private market in the area.  As a landlord and homeowner, he understands what it’s like to be on all links of a chain and from both sides of a transaction, therefore wishes to channel this knowledge into providing the interpersonal service to all his clients. The proactivity from the team at Henry’s means we don’t just put an advert out on portals. We play an active part in The University of Warwick, sponsoring societies and getting involved with events- mainly building a relationship with the students themselves. Cultivating and developing successful partnerships with overseas agencies has provided us direct access to International Students. Overall, our story of success speaks for itself.
