We have had this flat for a couple of years and are looking for someone, or a couple, to enjoy living here whilst taking care of it for us.

As one bedroomed flats go, it is relatively spacious and, being on the second floor, with high ceilings, it has good views over the area. The flat really benefits from the very big windows in the main room - it is a very bright and airy space. All year round you can see the sunset and in the summer you get the lovely evening sunlight. The pictures don't real do it justice as they were unfortunately taken on an overcast winter's day!

The flat is very well located with very easy access to the Queens Road area, Victoria Park and the university/city centre. Although a parking space is not included, parking is freely available in unreserved spots on the development or on Wordsworth Road (or you can be like us and use the plentiful free underground cycle storage!) There is also a communal shared outside space on the first floor.

There is a fitted wardrobe in the bedroom and although we have advertised as unfurnished but we can potentially be flexible regarding furniture - let us know what your preference would be.
