In the balcony there is a dining table with 3 chairs in case you want to enjoy lunch outside or just relax under the sun. There is an amazing view of Canary Wharf as you can see from the pictures.

The apartment is well kept and clean.

There is a shared kitchen, a shared bathroom and a separate laundry area. The area is very quiet too, close to shops and amenities. I like to go for a run by the river and in this area specifically there are new developments and the neighbourhood is very quiet and respectful. One stop jubilee line from Canary Wharf, very close to Greenwich centre and close to Charlton mall too and close to O2 and Ikea.

Council tax and WiFi are included. Only utilities are not included and is on average not more than 25£ each monthly.

Flatmates are quiet and clean, if there are requests for furniture or adjustments these will be accommodated.
