• Use is exclusive to same tenant and is not for multiple occupancy. Bed can be removed on request.

• 4-bedrooms but only 3 occupants in total (including myself)

• 2 bathrooms:

  • Bathroom 1: shower + toilet

  • Bathroom 2: shower only

• Fully equipped kitchen/dining room

• Comfortable living room with TV

• Permit parking available via council application

• No pets, no smoking/vaping inside the property
