Heading straight through the Utility Room, you will find a small bedroom on the right with a single bed and next to that is a larger double bedroom.

Turning immediately left from the Utility Room, you enter the Kitchen / Dining area which has a large country dining table with seating for 6. Next to the Sitting Room you will find the stairs leading up to the first floor which houses the main bathroom. The bathroom has recently been renovated and contains a large shower, bath, toilet and basin.

Next to the bathroom is the main bedroom which has a king size bed as well as a single day bed.
