This is a large Victorian semi-detached house with very big rooms throughout. One minutes' walk to Kingswood high street with a huge array of shops including Kings Chase Shopping Centre, Sainsbury's, Lidl, etc..

There are also plenty of pubs/bars, cafes and restaurants. It is also easily accessible to the city centre with very frequent buses on the doorstep taking about 20 minutes.

Rooms:

£525 - Double Room: This is a standard double room on the first floor, at the rear of the house. It has the benefit of a separate wardrobe/storage area within the room.

£595 - Large Double Room: This is a really lovely, large double room with original fireplace, big bay window and traditional Victorian features. It has just been decorated, along with new good quality carpet. For those with a car, it has the added benefit of its' own off street parking in front of the house.

Viewings have four stages to limit the amount of people entering the house. These are:

- Initial telephone screening with the Landlord

- Second video call with the Landlord

- Video viewing with the tenants (a chance for you to meet them, and for them to meet you!) and a walk around the house

- Viewing in person only for those who are really serious about the property

The house underwent complete refurbishment in 2016 consisting of new carpets, paint, curtains, central heating system, electrics update.

Currently living in the house are 3 females, and 2 males.

The rear courtyard is large and has plenty of space for barbecues etc, with bench included to enjoy the large outside space. As it's a semi detached property, there is access to the side and rear which is really helpful if you cycle. There is a secure large outbuilding with lock and key for bicycles etc.

The main shared bathroom has a powerful shower, bath, sink and toilet and is very spacious with 2 large circular windows.

All bills are included. Therefore TV licence, water, council tax, Internet, Electric and gas are all covered. Each room has a digital TV point so you can connect to free-view with perfect reception.

You can also pick up the 200 meg broadband WiFi in the room with no problems and unlimited downloads.

Looking for professional people (male or female) that can look after this house and most of all enjoy it. The room is not available for a couple unfortunately.
