We have three luxurious bright ensuite double rooms available immediately, in December 2025 and in January 2026 in a professional house share in Wandsworth.
An ensuite room on the first floor towards the middle of the house is available immediately. Another ensuite room will be available from 20 December 2025, and is located on the first floor facing the front of the house. A further ensuite room will be available from 1 January and is located on the ground floor towards the front of the house.
The rooms have high ceilings and are fully furnished with a fullsize double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair.
The house is a 10 minute walk to Wandsworth Town train station, which is 12 minutes to Waterloo, and is in Zone 2.
Location-wise, Wandsworth is full of amenities: you're close to the Thames, Southside shopping centre, huge Sainsbury's, Clapham Junction train station is only a 20 minute walk away or so, and Clapham Common is around 15 minutes' walk.
The housemates are from a wonderful diverse mix of British and international backgrounds. We have young professionals (five males) from Britain, Qatar, Norway, and the UAE.
The house has six ensuite bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and open-plan living room, a lovely patio garden, and a basement for storage.
The kitchen has two tall fridge freezers, ample cupboards, a range cooker for cooking enthusiasts, microwave, washer dryer, and dishwasher. The living room has a 59 inch OLED Smart TV, and Chesterfield sofas.
An excellent weekly cleaner comes to clean the shared areas of the house, and the cost of this is included in the bills. 1GB superfast broadband (with signal boosters throughout the house) is also included.
