Our student accommodation is in Clifton, directly opposite Nottingham Trent University's Clifton Campus. This makes it the perfect choice for NTU students, with classes just a short walk away. The property also has excellent transport links into Nottingham city centre and to the University of Nottingham.

Free University Bus
If you are studying at the University of Nottingham, you'll benefit from the free university bus service. The bus connects Sutton Bonington, University Park, Jubilee Campus, and Queen's Medical Centre. This means you can travel between campuses easily without extra cost, saving both time and money.

The House
The property has been newly renovated and has space for four tenants. However, at present we are only renting two rooms, so the house will be quieter with fewer people sharing.

Bills
Water charges and high-speed internet are included in the rent, so you don't need to worry about those costs. Gas and electricity are not included and are shared fairly between the tenants based on usage. Television licence and personal phone contracts are also the tenant's responsibility.
