It takes under 10 minutes to reach Lancaster University by bicycle via a traffic-free bicycle path, and about 20 minutes by foot. There are large green fields close to the house. On-street parking for cars and motorbikes is available for free at the front of the house. Also, there is a big garden at the back and a place for bike storage.

The house has a shower room and a bathroom.

Kitchen has all the amenities (big fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, kettle) and the bathroom (with showers and toilets).
