In addition to this, all of our clients have twenty four hour access to an on line portal where they can view all documents, notes & feedback relating to their property, whilst also report & view maintenance issues.  As members of the Property Ombudsman Scheme, Client Money Protect Scheme, TSIs Approved Code, My Deposits, holders of professional indemnity insurance & public liability insurance, we follow strict codes of practice to provide the best service available.
