The firm includes not only the estate agency sales division but also an expanding rentals department with over 800 managed houses, an expanding auction service, an "in-house" conveyancing arm, a fully qualified chartered surveying division as well as offering financial planning, mortgages and EPCs.  The firm currently employs 40 staff spread over 7 offices and has over 400 years experience in the industry.
