The accommodation opens with a welcoming reception hall leading to a well-proportioned sitting room featuring a wood-burning stove set within a traditional fireplace. Dual-aspect windows allow natural light to flood the space, while an upper section of the sitting room provides direct access to the garden through French doors. The kitchen/breakfast room is generously sized and fitted with traditional cabinetry and an oil fired Rayburn, forming a warm and inviting heart to the home. A utility room, accessed from the kitchen, offers a back door to the garden.

There are four bedrooms in total, including a principal bedroom with en suite bathroom, complemented by a family bathroom serving the remaining rooms. A large attic provides ample storage.

Outside
The property is set within beautifully maintained gardens, with areas of lawn and mature planting. To the front, a large gravel driveway provides ample parking and leads to a double garage. A summer house sits nearby, while the main garden can be accessed from either side of the house. Within the walled garden lies a generous expanse of lawn interspersed with a variety of trees, and along the rear boundary is a slightly elevated walkway with raised beds.

Beyond the garden wall are areas of grazing, split into two sperate paddocks. Within the grounds are stables comprising three loose boxes and a feed/tack room, offering excellent equestrian facilities. In total, the grounds extend to approximately 1.67 acres.
