THE HOME

This two bedroom park home bungalow(44'x20') built by OMAR park has bags of charm and we believe that many buyers will be impressed not only with the way the home is presented but also the position of the home on the park and the layout of the accommodation within.

You enter the home into a separate entrance hall which has a useful airing cupboard with heater, a further storage cupboard, a loft access hatch and doors leading to further rooms. There is a dual aspect living/dining room with double glazed windows to the front and the side which provide a high level of natural light that gives a spacious and bright feeling to the room. There is a feature fire surround with an electric fire that adds a focal point to the room. From here you access the kitchen which is just under 15ft in length and has a double glazed window to the rear and a double glazed door that leads into the rear garden area. The kitchen has a range of matching wall and base units, space for a fridge/freezer, a stainless-steel one-and-a-half bowl inset sink unit with a single drainer, a stainless-steel integrated double electric oven with a gas hob that has a stainless steel cooker hood/extractor fan over as well as an integrated dishwasher and washing machine. There is a storage cupboard that contains the central heating boiler, part-tiled walls and a door leads into the living/dining room

From the entrance hall, there is a useful study/hobby room that has a built in work desk with drawers and a double-glazed window to the front.

There are two double bedrooms with the master having a double-glazed window to the rear, a walk-in wardrobe, built in chest of drawers with a lovely window seat in the middle and a door leads into the ensuite bathroom. This ensuite is a spacious room which has a double-glazed frosted window to the side and has a corner bath with a mixer tap/ hand held shower unit over, a further tiled shower cubicle, low-level WC, pedestal wash hand basin with storage under and part-tiled walls. The second bedroom is also a spacious double room with a double-glazed window to the front and has a range of built in wardrobes.

To compliment both these bedrooms, there is a further shower room with a double-glazed frosted window to the front, a tiled shower cubicle, low-level WC and a wash/hand basin with storage under.

Outside, the home occupies a commanding corner plot position on the park and there are low-maintenance gardens to all sides of the home which are mainly paved. There are two useful brick built storage sheds to the rear with power to one of them and there is two off street parking spaces to the front.

The home is offered with no onward chain and is such a lovely home in a wonderful location that we expect this to be popular.

THE PARK

This wonderful residential park for the semi-retired and retired is conveniently located close to the heart of this superb rural village but with a bus service and amenities close by, you certainly won't feel out on a limb. Church Park was redeveloped 7 years ago to the highest of standards. It is 2 miles away from Amesbury, 7 miles away from Salisbury and it is situated within the village of Durrington. This wonderful, peaceful village in the Wiltshire countryside has 2 supermarkets, 3 public houses, a bowling club and a large village hall which hosts lots of different functions and events throughout the year. There is a bus stop right outside the entrance of the park with a regular bus service to Larkhill and Salisbury(X4 Bus).

The park owners Bill & Barbara Murphy are always helpful and you can joke with them and they will assist with any problem or answer any queries any time of the day. The atmosphere of Church Park is always very calm and friendly and we think it is a joy to live here.

Park Resident Testimonial:

We have lived at Church Park for 5 years. It is a small park, ideally situated within easy access to shops, doctors, chemist, library and buses. The location, as it’s name suggests, is close to a small beautiful Church with lovely walks nearby. This is the third park home site we have lived on and can easily say hand on heart it’s the best. The site owner, Mr Murphy is very approachable and maintains the park superbly.
