We bought our home brand new and we have really enjoyed living in the area. The location is great for access to all the local amenities and we have always found the area to be quiet and friendly.

The house is a great size and quite a rare find in Ramsgate. When we were looking there were very few modern detached houses available.

We have always kept up to date with any maintenance, but our children have now moved out so we have decided to downsize. We are staying locally.
