Being based in close proximity to the A55 expressway allows us to offer our services in and around the major towns and villages such as Rhyl, Prestatyn, St. Asaph and Abergele and in the counties of Conwy, Denbighshire and Flintshire. Originally established in St. Asaph back in June 2002 as REB Letting to provide a management service for friends and family, the business quickly developed a very good reputation and word of mouth recommendations enabled the business to grow to a point of needing larger premises. Since our move to Rhuddlan in 2004 the business has grown significantly - requiring a move to an even larger office in 2005. We have since rebranded from REB Letting to Simply Estates and now successfully manage a large portfolio of rental property. Our mission is to offer a personal and professional service to all our clients with the primary focus on professional advice & information and a high standard of service.
