Kings Lynn railway station provides regionsl rail links as well as regular direct services to Cambridge and London King's Cross. Additonally numerous bus routes serve the area.

Hardwick Industrial Estate is Kings Lynn's premier industrial estate lying approximately 1.5 miles south east of the town centre. The site lies on the western side of Rollesby Road opposite CCL Label. Other nearby occupiers on the estate include Howdens, Screwfix, Sainsbury's and Listers BMW.
