Tenant information In line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019 we do not charge tenants administration fees. A holding deposit of one week’s rent is payable to reserve a property whilst reference checks and preparation of a tenancy are being undertaken. This will be non-refundable should the Tenant provide any false information. The security deposit is usually 5 weeks rent if annual rent is less than £50,000. This increases to 6 weeks if the annual rent is over £50,000. The property will be checked out at the end of tenancy and deposit held will cover any damage to the property by tenant. Unpaid rent will incur interest at 3% above the Bank of England base rate as outlined in the Tenancy Agreement. This will take effect after 14 days of non-payment. Tenants are liable for the cost of replacing any lost keys including replacement of lock or call-out charge of locksmith. Copy of keys will also be charged to Tenant.
