We are close to Kent University and two prominent private schools and near the Crab and Winkle Way for cycle rides and Blean Woods for country walks.

It is only five minutes' drive to Canterbury with its historical buildings, high street stores, individual shops, bars, restaurants, theatres, a cinema, grammar schools, universities and The Kings School. There are also two stations including Canterbury West where trains to St Pancras take under an hour.
