Also it is just electric in the flat, no gas.

Off site parking available for the tenant, which is a free perk.

Landlord would usually provide Part-Furnished, but as the flat is recently refurbished, the flat is kept empty for now, pending incoming tenant’s views, as to whether Individual has furniture to bring in.

Fridge Freezer to be provided, as well as room blinds.

Please note that the Deposit is a separate entity from the Rent; and the former is paid into a government-approved deposit scheme. The Landlord uses the Deposit Protection Service; and this Deposit will be asked for at a later date.

Rent is paid monthly in advance, and includes water rates but excludes all other bills, such as electric/ internet/ tv licence (if applicable), and council tax (if individual works). Tenant is responsible for setting-up and paying their utilities bills.

Once Individual is signed up with the Landlord, the Landlord and his Team take on board the management of the tenancy from start to end.

The Landlord is a Family-Business that has been in operation for 40 Years +.

And….the Landlord was nominated “back in the day” for being “Britains Coolest Landlord”, circa 2013. Not so cool now.
