Block and Estate management has increased in recent years, as developers have built large numbers of apartments, this has led to a growing displeasure of residents in the services they receive for the annual charge they have to pay. Kerry believes these are opportunities she can use to increase her business and to provide a service that customers find more than satisfactory to their needs.
