Seller's Comments
Upon purchasing the property, one of the first things we decided to do was change the bath to a walk in shower. This was completed in April 2023 and this was because the bath was difficult for us to use and was more convenient. New combi boiler fitted at the end of 2023 and this has been serviced annually. We had planned to use one of the storage cupboards in the hallway as a wardrobe but found the fitted wardrobes in the bedroom offered plenty of space. My favourite thing about living here is the neighbours and how well maintained the building is.
