When we first viewed this property, we were blown away by the space, layout and what we could afford being first time buyers through the shared ownership scheme all these years we still all this property has to offer – it has been a wonderful family home.

The outside of the property is beautifully presented with mature greenery and an immaculate finish.

Upon entering you are greeted with a welcoming hallway with a useful storage cupboard built in.

We love the flow of our home and the modern layout. Our kitchen is a great size and well equipped, open plan with the lounge/dining area all in one space. This works really well for hosting as well as family life. The space is of generous proportions ample size for our furniture and the perfect place to relax and unwind.

We have two sizeable bedrooms, offering ample storage.

Our family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and screen which we love.

During our time here we have improved the property with re-decoration and added new carpet in our lounge/diner. The décor is muted and relaxed – the type of property you could just move in and unpack!
