Exit Fees

An exit fee is payable on leaving Regents Gate, which supports renewal and replacement of structural and other integral items in the building, as well as anticipated costs of upgrades and improvements to the development.
The exit fee is set at 1% of the purchase price, increasing by an additional 1% each year to a maximum of 10% of the purchase price at 10years and beyond. There is also an administration fee of £750 and any outstanding weekly charges will also be required.
Buyback Option
The buyback option gives Regents Gate the option (first refusal) to buy the property back at the original purchase price.
