LAND

Access to the land can be reached via the farmstead, which comprises two enclosures of pasture land with the benefit of an interlinking access point. The land has in recent years been utilised for grazing and fodder production. The land is generally level and is enclosed by mature natural hedgerows. The land is understood to extend in total to about 7.98 acres (3.22 hectares).

OVERAGE DEVELOPMENT CLAUSE
