This consent has now expired.

The Land

The land comprises approximately 22 acres including c.11.3 acres of level pasture adjacent to the house and buildings, a further grass bank of approximately 2.6 acres to the south of this and the former chalk quarry of about 7 acres which is designated as a SSSI.
