The Site is somewhat irregular in shape. The south and east sides, there are substantial stone walls i.e. the boundary to the Former Royal Dockyard.

Milford Haven Port Authority owns much of the adjacent Land and Buildings. The area is known as Pembroke Port and incorporates the Irish Ferries Terminal together with several other businesses.

Pembroke Dock is south Pembrokeshire's principal town. It has a population approaching 10,000 and a reasonable range of amenities. The fairly level Site is prominently positioned and easily accessible.

SERVICES Etc

PLANNING Etc

DIRECTIONS
On entering Pembroke Dock from the east side on the A477T, proceed over Waterloo roundabout. Take the second exit off the Criterion Roundabout.
