Please note that if you need the Master Bed configured as Twin Beds or the Second Bedroom configured as a Super King Bed you will need to email the Bournecoast Customer Services Team at least 72 hours in advance of your arrival date. There is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, in the lounge area is a sofa bed to sleep one person and it is equipped with a FLATSCREEN SMART TV.

FREE WIFI is available for holiday lets (subject to availability from Internet Service Provider). Leading off the lounge/diner is the modern kitchen area which is fitted with an ELECTRIC HOB - ELECTRIC OVEN - WASHING MACHINE - SLIMLINE DISHWASHER - FRIDGE/FREEZER - MICROWAVE - COFFEE MACHINE. This accommodation has a modern bathroom which includes a bath with a shower facility and a toilet. There is off road parking in the car park for one car on a first come, first served basis (please note the space is not reserved or guaranteed). There is a communal bicycle store on the premises (please note that the store is not enclosed so bicycles need to be locked to the bars provided - bicycles are left at the owner's risk).
