But we also deal with a significant amount of residential property in all directions further afield, particularly elsewhere in Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham. Another way we have achieved this is to be more selective in our paper based marketing material - we still have to do it, but we do not inundate all of London with letters on a weekly basis. . We try not to leave multiple lights on over-night and ration the use of flat-screen plasma tv displays in a similar way.
