*Vendor's comments* "When we moved into Davidson Road, we decorated our house in neutral colours throughout, with brass gold light fixtures. The house is situated in a great location on the 410 bus route, which is just a short bus ride to East Croydon or Norwood Junction station, and also only a 15-minute train journey to Gatwick Airport.

We’ve absolutely loved living in our first home for the past three years. It’s been the perfect place for us as a young working couple, with a quick and easy commute into London and everything we’ve needed right on our doorstep. It’s where we built our life together, made so many happy memories and, more recently, welcomed our baby. That’s why it’s bittersweet to be selling — we’re sad to say goodbye to the home that’s meant so much to us, but we’re moving to be closer to family as we start this next chapter.
