Positioned on a desirable residential street in the popular Pantiles area of Bexleyheath is this beautifully maintained and extended 1930's Jubilee J Type Feakes & Richards semi-detached home, offering a blend of timeless character and modern enhancements. Set back from the road, the property is fronted by a private driveway and a well-tended lawn, creating an inviting first impression.

A welcoming porch opens into a bright entrance hall with wood flooring and decorative features, giving way to a spacious through lounge and dining room. The front sitting area has plantation shutters to the front elevation and a traditional style fireplace with marble-effect surround, while the rear dining space features patio doors leading directly to the conservatory / garden room. This bright and versatile addition is ideal for year-round enjoyment, with bi-fold doors opening onto the south-easterly facing garden, skylights drawing in natural light, and underfloor heating adding comfort.

The well-appointed kitchen includes fitted wall and base units, integrated Siemens appliances including oven, microwave, and fridge, Bosch hob with extractor, and additional storage for freezer and utilities. A side door provides convenient access to both the front and rear gardens. The addition of a ground floor cloakroom adds further practicality.

To the first floor, the landing offers access to a part-boarded/part-insulated loft with lighting via a pull-down ladder. The main bedroom overlooks the rear garden and is fitted with mirrored wardrobes and built-in drawer units. A second spacious double bedroom to the front includes free-standing storage that will remain, while the third bedroom, currently arranged with built-in storage, is ideal as a nursery or home office. The family bathroom is finished to a high standard, offering a four-piece suite including a panelled bath, separate shower cubicle, and underfloor heating for added luxury.

The rear garden is a generous 76 feet in length and provides a tranquil, south-easterly facing haven with patio area for al fresco dining, established flower beds, and mature trees. There is also a shed with power and lighting, three outdoor sockets, and gated side access. This charming Feakes & Richards home offers not only a superb location but also the warmth, quality, and flexibility suited to modern family life. Early viewing is strongly recommended as these homes don’t remain on the market for long.

Bexleyheath town centre is within easy reach and offers a wide range of amenities including a modern shopping centre, multiplex cinema, bowling, and numerous dining options. Crook Log leisure centre and Danson Park provide recreational opportunities nearby. The area is well served by sought-after primary and secondary schools including grammar and church schools. Excellent transport links include Bexleyheath, Barnehurst, and Belvedere railway stations, all under 1.5 miles away, with fast access to London terminals. Road connections to the A2, M25, Dartford Crossing, and the Bluewater shopping complex are also close by.

Location
Bexleyheath was an area of mostly open land until the early 19th century with the exception of Danson House built in 1766 by Sir John Boyd. In 1859 the artist William Morris had Red House built in what was a small hamlet know as Upton. The Bexleyheath Railway Line construction in the 1880’s prompted the expansion of the area. The town centre offers many facilities including Bexleyheath’s modern shopping mall, multiplex cinema, bowling alley, golf course and a vast array of restaurants and public houses. There is also the Crook Log leisure centre offering facilities such as gym and swimming. Bexleyheath has many schools catering from reception to year 13 including 2 grammar schools at secondary level. Bexleyheath also has a mainline railway station with regular services to London Victoria, Charing Cross or Cannon Street. Road links from the area give access to A2/M2, A20/M20, M25 and Dartford Tunnel as well as the Bluewater Shopping Complex and Ebbsfleet International station.
