The Lodge is situated on Farmfields on a premium plus pitch with a private cul-de-sac position that has ample parking for 3 + vehicles with comes with a Mains Gas supply. It has the benefit of a fantastic wrap around deck, which is also south Facing , and comes complete with the Outdoor Furniture, seating cushions and decorative plants
We also have CCTV system fitted externally on the Lodge
It has never been a Rental and only used for ourselves mainly on odd weekends, so in excellent condition.....however it would make an excellent Rental opportunity.
The Holiday Lodge comprises of: The main Entrance leads into the spacious living and Kitchen/Dining space, with an abundance of windows and features a patio door to the front leading onto the Decking.
