Being so central it is walking distance to the Brighton Pier, Pavilion, quirky shops of the Laines and many tourist attractions that Brighton has to offer. Also, nearby you have access to local buses and Brighton station is approximately 20 mins walk with its London links. The stunning South Downs can be reached by bus on Brighton seafront is the tour bus that can take you to Devils Dyke which has access to miles of footpaths and walks including the Southdown's Way. Brighton's Bars and Restaurants are second to none with such names as the Ivy and Soho House on Brighton seafront.
