This is a 4 (or 5+) bedroom shared house, not a 4-bedroom house, with 4 (or more) vacant rooms currently available. In our 5-bed houses, we have 1 small room, 1 medium room, and 3 large rooms (or 2 large rooms and one extra-large room). The prices are as follows: Small room - £525 per month, Medium room - £565 per month, Large room - £650 per month, Extra large room - £695 per month. Our contracts are individual tenancy agreements, so you are only responsible for your own rent and not the whole house. The deposit is £550, refundable as per terms. The landlord will reach out to confirm room sizes of interest ahead of viewing.
