I have been in the residential property business, in my corner of North London, for many years, working for a number of professional companies in senior roles. The nature of the business results in great difficulties for medium/ large organisations to offer the kind of personal service and diligence that our business should offer to clients. Letting a VALUABLE personal asset from a Landlords point of view is a huge responsibility. Placing a tenant into his/her home is equally a huge responsibility.
