Additional Payment Information:

Below is a list of the property related payments we can accept.

- The rent. This is either per calendar month (PCM) or as negotiated.
- A refundable security, damages, and tenancy deposit. As specified above this is £1500 for the whole property.
- A non-refundable holding deposit. Please note that in the rare case that the landlord decides they no longer wish to let out the property you will be refunded the holding deposit in full.
- Replacement of lost keys, security devices or key safes, lost or damaged by the tenants will be charged at cost price.

- The rate of 3% interest above Bank of England base rate can be charged for late or missed rental payments exceeding 14 days.
